Confidence in every aspect of customer service provided by Ben Azar is truly second to none. Our third vehicle purchased with Ben was perfect, he listens and puts you in the right vehicle every time.
Ben is so easy to talk with, no fluff, no gimmicks like a personalized keychain, just honest understanding of the product and what customer service should be about.
If you’re looking at Wendle, ask for Ben.
It is not often that one is able to be impressed by a dealership. The service is exceptional. The sales team spectacular. They are not pushy, listened to what I needed, and gave me options. A special shout out to Robert. He gently walked me through the process. I am a faithful customer of Windell Nissan.
The staff took good care of us and fixed our vehicle quickly. They were able to provide us with a loaner car, which was needed as our van is our only vehicle. The technician provided excellent communication through regular text messages about the progress of the work. Outstanding customer service and great mechanical work to fix the issue!
Pretty great place to buy a car, we got a Nissan Rogue for our family, it’s the perfect fit and size for the four of plus including all my son’s medical equipment. Aside from the car, Oren, is an excellent guy to visit if you’re looking to buy a Ford or Nissan. Donny was the right person to help us seal the deal when it came to punching and crunching numbers.
All around, Wendle Motors is a great spot to go if you are in the market for a new car. They have an amazing selection, we kinda knew what we were looking for already, but walking around the lot, they had quite the inventory I wanted to check out. We will be returning for any future cars. Thanks guys.
Very good service! Erica was so nice, and the service department did a great job! I was very pleased that they agreed to use the parts I had already bought online, and that my bill at Wendle was only $32. Also, love the nice waiting area and clean restrooms.
Wendle NISSAN repaired a punctured tire on our 2022 LEAF EV in about an hour. Customer lounge was great. I also utilized their free Level 2 charger before leaving. Level 3 fast charger available for small fee…salesman said it cost them over 1 million to install.
Great experience
Purchased a 2023 Nissan Frontier September 2023.
Salesman David Perry was easy to work with, responded to emails promptly and was kind and professional.
Finance and negotiation were smooth, didn't feel pressured or rushed at all during any step of the process. Probably one of the best dealership experiences I've had.
I was quoted $90 to clear the stored codes and self learn of my ECU and do an Idle Relearn on my 2011 Murano. I was told the price could be as much as $181 IF they had issues with the relearn making it complicated and causing it to take longer than an hour.
45 minutes after dropping off the SUV I received a text letting me know that they had cleared the self-learn and performed the idle relearn and found no stored codes and that my SUV was ready for pickup. Less than an hour and no hassles so $90 as quoted. WRONG!!!
I was charged $211 and not sure what I paid for. Upon stopping at Nissan in the Valley due to getting a check engine light within 5 miles after picking up my SUV, they found that I still had a total of 13 stored codes in the computer that had nothing to do with the check engine light I was receiving at the time and had not been cleared. Only one of which was a permanent code. The idle relearn did not take as my SUV still idles as low as 350 causing my car to continuously die. Also since picking up my SUV none of my key fobs seem to work. 2 out of 3 of those were just purchased new this September and cost us $150 to have the keys cut and the fobs programmed to the car. Now not a single one works.
I normally prefer taking my vehicle to the dealership for service for the simple fact that I know the parts I'm purchasing are OE and everything done according to the manufacturer. However, I don't like feeling taken advantage of and I'm left feeling like I should have gone back to Toyota. I love my Nissan and it's worse now than when I took it in for service and I'm left unable to pay for it to be done again as that was all the money I had and was actually meant for my electric bill. I need my SUV working so I can work. Unfortunately I'm now out the money I spent on work that was not completed correctly and was overcharged for as well as out a running vehicle.
